1.   To make it easier for women to determine products that are suitable  for them.
For women who are still worried about the product that has been purchased doesn’t suit the skin, they can try first the share in jar product, especially if they want to buy foundation or concealer so that the shade will suit their skin.
2.  To be a solution for women who has minimal budget but want to try make up and skin care products that they want.
3.   To minimize losses due to products that aren’t suitable for the face.
The customers will certainly lose if the products that they buy aren’t suit their skin. For this reason, many beauty gurus recommend buying make up and skin care products with the concept of share in jar.
4.   To make it easier for consumers to bring their products.

TASK 1 Making and Responding to Suggestions in a Meeting



This morning, PT Cantik Merona Tbk is going to have a meeting with head of each divisions. The meeting will discuss about how to place orders, deliver the ordered products, and predicting the future of the company.

Salma Nur : Good morning, thank you all for coming today. If we are all here, let’s get started the meeting. First of all, we will discuss how customers should do when they need to place orders which will be delivered by Fitria Syavira as the head of sales & order department.

Fitria Syavira : Yes, thank you Ms. Salma. Okay, I will explain about how customers should do when they need to place orders. At first, the customers must visit our website at www.cantikmerona.com. Ordering through the website will be easier, after that the customers must do :
  1. Looking for products.
  2. Choose and view product information.
  3. Add items to the cart.
  4. Complete the order process.
  5. Fill in shipping information.
  6. Choose payment method.
  7. Review the order.
  8. Finish.
Regarding the process of shipping the orders will be delivered by Meylani Gisela as the head of distribution. Thank you.

Meylani Gisela : Okay, thank you Ms. Syavira. I will explain about how to deliver the ordered products. Shipping orders to customers’ address will be made after the customers’ payment is valid. If the customers orders, delivery of orders will be carried out every day except Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays. For delivery service, we are team up with JNE and Sicepat. For the shipping costs adjusted to the location of the customers and according to the shipping service that customers want to use. The customers can check the shipping status of the orders thorugh the link that customers will receive in e-mail.

Ayu Amelia : Good morning to all the meeting participants. Today’s meeting, we will discuss and evaluating the product marketing My Pro D-1310 LED Mini Projector. Without any further ado, I invite Ms. Khansa to explain it.

Rakha Khansa : Okey. Good morning, everyone.  As we all know that our product, My Pro D-1310 LED Mini Projector has just been released one month ago. Some method of advertising have been done to introduce the product to the market. We advertise the product through print media, broadcast advertising, and online advertising.

Fitria Syavira : (Interrupting) 
Why is the advertising method through print media still being done? In my opinion, people nowadays prefer to use technology such as social media rather than print media. I think this method should be eliminated so that we can minimize the marketing costs.

Rakha Khansa : Okey, thank you for your opinion. Indeed now technology is growing rapidly, but not all people nowadays always use technology for every aspect in their life, I think the method still can be used so that we can reach all levels of society. Because even though technology is advanced, not everyone is reliable to use it.

Salma Nur : (Interrupting)
How if we add another method? For example, sponsoring events such as beauty class.

Christina Meylani : Yes, I feel that method is good to increase our selling. We can give our product to sponsoring the event. Beside that, we can also open a stand during the event. It will attract the attention of the participants of the event.

TASK 3 Giving a Formal Presentation



           This morning, our company will present about our idea for new products that will be launched together with our competitors.

Fitria Syavira : Good morning everyone, thank you for coming. Today we will present about our idea and innovations for new product. I will tell the report of the meeting with our team. The name of the product is MyPro D-1310, it’s a LED Mini Projector. This Projector is made with a small size, which is 25x8x10 cm. The projector is used to display images, videos, and others. The projector is made to support 3D, so that users can enjoy the new sensation of watching 3D movies with the closest people whenever and wherever. Then, it will be continued by Salma Nur.

Salma Nur : Thank you for the time. I will continue the presentation. With a resolution of 1366x1024 pixels, it looks enough to support a good display. There are two buttons, power button and a button to adjust the 3D display. If you want to connect your PC/laptop to the projector, you don’t need to use a cable, it only requires Bluetooth to connect it. This projector is available in 3 colors, black, white, and pink. So, it will continued by Meylani Gisela about the advantages of the product.

Meylani Gisela : Thank you, the advantages of this product are small in size, supports 3D, easy to carry, and speaker support.
